Job Title:
Student Ministry Director – Junior High Ministry
Department: Student Ministry/Family Ministry
Status: Part-time, Non-exempt, 22-25 hours / week
About the Role:
The Student Ministry Director will provide leadership and direction for the Jr. High Ministry of CVCC under the supervision of the Family Ministry Pastor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies for expansion and increased impact of the Jr. High Ministry of CVCC
- Recruit and train volunteer leaders for the Jr. High Ministry of CVCC
Spiritual Maturity:
Exhibits honesty, integrity, and Christian ethics. Supports the vision of Chino Valley Community Church and organizes ministry strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ministry experience in youth ministry preferred
- Experience in recruiting, training, planning, and delegating

Paid hourly rate: $50-$26 per hour
