Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Hospice Executive Director to lead our team at Ohio Valley Hospice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice leadership, with a proven track record of providing overall direction for hospice services and overseeing multiple locations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, and monitor operations to ensure financial stability
- Develop and implement appropriate service policies and procedures to accomplish desired outcomes
- Evaluate hospice services and personnel using measurable outcomes and objectives
- Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing, direct staff in performance of their duties, and maintain effective channels of communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years hospice leadership experience
- Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community
- Commitment to clinical documentation excellence and quality
