Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Associate Executive Director for Early Learning Programs. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining daily operations across all 8 Early Learning Centers in the Hudson Valley and Capital Regions of New York.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an early learning curriculum for Toddler and Preschool programs
- Conduct quarterly observations to ensure program staff adhere to the daily schedule and follow the curriculum
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision and training
- Oversee the Early Learning Centers team and assign tasks
- Interact with staff and families, answering questions and resolving issues
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- ~2 years' experience working with children under the age of 5
- ~1 year managing staff in a childcare setting with Business Management experience
- Superior administrative and supervisory skills
