We are looking for an experienced Education Site Lead to join our Healthy Kids team. As the site lead, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and the rules set by our host school.
Key responsibilities include implementing the Healthy Kids Curriculum, managing essential tasks such as attendance and registration records, and ensuring proper staffing levels. You will also maintain open communication with parents and family members through the Playground App.
Our team works collaboratively to provide exceptional care, promote a positive work environment, and address any challenges that arise. To be successful in this role, you must have at least ten months' experience working with school-age children or hold a Vermont On-the-Job Training certificate or a Master's Degree in a related field.
