We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Process Excellence Specialist to lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for driving continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing the engineering strategy and technology roadmap to develop production capabilities and incorporate new technologies.
Responsibilities include developing and executing the engineering strategy and technology roadmap, driving continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies, and leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of Manufacturing, Process, and Test engineers.
Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or level of knowledge that would be obtained from a Bachelor's degree
- 5 years experience in a similar field
This position requires strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process and team management experience.
