Lutron seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to develop innovative solutions in support of our growing business needs. As a key member of the Information Technology leadership team, you will provide technical leadership across the organization, from strategic decision-making down to project planning.
Key Responsibilities- Drive evolutionary and transformational change by establishing strategic IT architecture, collaborating with business teams and other Enterprise Architects.
- Evolving and expanding IT system architecture to support short-term and long-term business needs as the company scales.
- Conducting research on emerging technologies to support systems development efforts, recommending technologies that drive business value increase, cost effectiveness, and systems flexibility.
- Collaborating with Enterprise Architects to establish and govern technical standards, guidelines, and architectural principles across the organization.
- Developing, documenting, and communicating plans for investing in systems architecture, including new applications and cost reduction opportunities.
- Ensuring high-quality work, mentoring colleagues, and expanding the effectiveness of those around you.
- Maintaining compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, identifying and mitigating risks/vulnerabilities in software architectures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for all related degrees earned.
- 10 years' experience with enterprise, data, or system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering and analysis.
- Solid grounding in core enterprise applications, including ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), Service tools.
- Proven understanding of information processing and software evaluation principles and practices.
- Solid grasp of the latest cloud technologies, including expertise in managing multi-cloud environments with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of modern architectural frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects using Agile and DevOps practices to enhance continuous delivery and deployment pipeline.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
