What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Solutions Architect position at Jobleads-US?
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions that meet the needs of our clients. We work with clients across various sectors, including defence and security, public services, transport, energy and utilities, and more.
We offer a flexible working environment, where you will come into a client site or office at least 2-3 days per week. Travel to client sites will be necessary as required. This role can be based from our Bristol, London (Victoria) or Manchester office.
Your key responsibilities will include applying systems architecture, systems engineering, and system thinking techniques to break down and solve complex problems. You will work with a diverse team of talented consultants to understand the problem and solution spaces, from business need to component design.
Some examples of projects you might work on include:
- Implementing AI and machine learning to transform data analysis and engineering delivery
- Developing cutting-edge transport solutions shaped by modern societal requirements
- Optimising mixed technical-digital systems and operational technology across large scale platforms in defence
You will have experience in the application of systems architecture, engineering, and thinking mindset, tools, and approaches. Strong analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to apply creative and abstract thinking to help develop ingenious solutions.
In terms of skills and qualifications, you will have experience using modelling and/or architecture industry standard tooling, frameworks, and languages. This may include Sparx EA, MooD, Archi, Capella, IBM Rational Rhapsody, NoMagic/MagicDraw, UML, SysML, Archimate, and BPMN.
