We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to lead our organization and oversee its programs.
The Position
Reporting to the Board of Directors, this Executive Director position manages the day-to-day operations of the center, oversees clinical programs, and handles administrative tasks. They will work closely with the Board to develop the organization's long-term strategy.

We are a 501(c)3 charitable non-profit that provides mental health services to underserved populations in our area. Our mission is to increase accessibility to mental health services for those who face barriers such as cost and location. We offer sliding fee services and low or no-cost classes for targeted groups in our community.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic planning.
- Oversee the clinical work of staff and interns, ensuring effective and ethical practices, while providing clinical supervision and monitoring regulations affecting clinical work.
- Coordinate with graduate programs to provide interns.
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders, shareholders, industry regulators, and other relevant parties.
- Identify potential sources of financial support and lead fundraising efforts.
- Represent the organization at social and corporate events to strengthen our mission and communicate our message.
Job Qualifications
- Licensed professional with solid clinical experience and an interest in nonprofit work.
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LP required.
What We Offer
