Job Title: Executive Director of Athletics
We are seeking a visionary leader to elevate our school-wide Athletics Department and programs through strategic and innovative planning, dynamic leadership, and a deep understanding of the business of athletics.
This role reports to the President. Eastside Catholic is committed to an athletic program of excellence. The primary goal of the Athletic Department is to establish championship programs while building values in our student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Vision: Develop a five-year vision and strategic plan for the growth and success of the school's athletic programs and facilities to align with the school's strategic plan, mission, and values.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Athletics Department, including daily operations, budget management, fundraising, athletic facilities management, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an athletic director or in a similar role with demonstrated experience in building strong and successful athletic programs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; a relationship-focused leader who naturally connects and inspires coaches, staff, students, parents, and prospective families with sincerity and authenticity.
