We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) team in operational excellence. As an Executive Director, Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative solutions and leading high-performing teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead multifaceted manufacturing and supply chain engagements to evaluate, identify, and implement operational performance improvements.
- Drive business development by delivering best-in-class client engagements and results, leveraging senior relationships and collaborating with the global A&M PEPI team.
- Advise private equity firms to ensure their portfolio companies have credible performance improvement programs and the capability to execute and deliver financial results.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 15 years of successful track record with a blend of manufacturing operational and commercial skills.
- An effective communicator who can engage with leadership teams in high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Experience in leading teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving results around executable solutions.
