Executive Director Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of Operations.
- Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned hospice location.
- Coordinates patient admission and ancillary services.
- Directs, supervises, and evaluates hospice personnel and volunteers.
- Ensures ongoing communication with leadership.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
- Master's degree in business, nursing, or related field preferred.
- Two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required.
- Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred.
- Three to five years healthcare sales/management experience preferred.
