We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our school-wide Athletics Department and programs forward, promoting student-athlete success, financial sustainability, community engagement, and programming excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the business of athletics, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive strategic growth. This role reports directly to the President and requires a strong commitment to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable athletic program.
Leadership Expectations
- Develop a comprehensive five-year vision and strategic plan for the growth and success of our athletic programs and facilities.
- Provide strong leadership to coaches, staff, and student-athletes, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the Athletics Department on the Senior Leadership Team and serve as a key advisor to the President.
