Our company, Jobleads-US, is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive the strategic development of advanced manufacturing processes and testing solutions for our global portfolio of automotive products.
This role will play a pivotal part in aligning our manufacturing capabilities with customer requirements and business objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Planning, and Production Testing teams.
- Engaging with production site leaders and key business stakeholders to drive initiatives that support current and future business needs.
- Fostering collaborative relationships across global manufacturing facilities by partnering with international design teams, external manufacturing partners, and suppliers to design for manufacturing.
- Designing and implementing manufacturing and testing strategies that align with product and customer needs.
- Spearheading the creation of advanced manufacturing roadmaps, test strategies, and automation processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of experience directly managing supervisors, staff, and programs.
- ~5 years of experience managing manufacturing engineering and technical teams.
- ~ Demonstrated knowledge within injection molding, stamping/plating, or PCB Assembly manufacturing processes.
- ~ Ability to travel up to 20%, including international travel outside North America.
- ~ Knowledge of RF/microwave test equipment and Electrical/Electronic systems.
We are looking for someone with experience in automotive advanced manufacturing development and design, as well as expertise in PCB Assembly and Test applications. Familiarity with automation soldering, robotics, PLC processes is also highly valued.
