Job Responsibilities:
- Lead audits under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB).
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and management teams.
- Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting required.
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or Bachelor's Degree plus requisite accounting coursework.
