Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to maintain environmental center compliance
- Ensure community maintenance is carried out in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition
- Oversee provision of quality laundry service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
- Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
