Your Role
As a Family Support Partner, you will work collaboratively with families, children, and community agencies to provide vital support and guidance. You will connect with children and caregivers, offering direct services and ensuring they feel empowered and supported.
Responsibilities
- Visit families in their homes to offer support and guidance
- Collaborate with community agencies to provide resources to families
- Provide direct services to children and caregivers
- Educate families on behavioral health services and resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, children, and community agencies
- Experience in behavioral health or a related field (preferred)
