Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our Finance team. In this critical role, you'll play a pivotal part in enhancing financial reporting and business intelligence capabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards that provide clear and actionable financial insights. You'll collaborate closely with the Finance team to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions. Additionally, you'll work closely with the Data team to ensure the financial data lake is structured effectively and supports reporting needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong background in KPI reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence tools. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros, are also essential. Experience working with SQL and data lakes is preferred, as is knowledge of data science concepts and their application in financial analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication skills, are must-haves for this position. We're looking for someone who can translate business needs into data-driven insights and collaborate effectively across departments.
