Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate VIP launches, serving as the primary point of contact for all queries in-store.
- Support special orders by following up with clients and ensuring timely updates.
- Assist with approvals for VIP clients, generating weekly reports and collaborating with Stock Control teams to maintain stock accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences throughout the VIP client journey, including shipping and after-sales follow-ups.
- Support the DSML Stylists programme and B2B administration tasks.
- Participate in VIP events, working closely with store management and the PR team to address operational needs.
- Manage gifting projects related to clients, such as Christmas and LNY gifts, birthdays, or other special occasions.
- Perform daily checks on e-payments, Appro Room, Acuity scheduling appointments, and oversee areas requiring organisation.
- Support VIPs with VAT invoices for VIP Sales.
- Assist high-profile client appointments for VIP executives.
Requirements:
- Experience in client services or operations.
