Jobleads-US is seeking an experienced Financial Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial performance of our LIHTC assets, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize value for our partners.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for reviewing and understanding limited partnership agreements, regulatory agreements, financing documents, and other relevant sources to determine enforceability of terms, financing structures, and constraints.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze year-end financial audits for respective LIHTC partnerships and quarterly financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve financial performance, reduce costs, and increase returns on investment.
- Collaborate with general partners, property managers, lenders, and governmental entities to resolve operational issues and facilitate problem resolution.
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, including financial analyses, budget comparisons, and recommendations for improvement.
