We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our executive staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing financial models to support strategic initiatives, performing ad hoc reports, analysis, and projects as required by senior management. You will also develop financial templates, models, and analysis tools using data from various systems, including ERP, ADP, and EHR.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, seven years of finance/accounting experience, and five years of experience applying accounting and reporting principles. You should also have proficiency in Blackbaud, Oracle, NetSuite, SAGE Intacct, and Power BI. Additionally, you will need knowledge of accounting theory and the ability to effectively analyze accounting information and financial results for accuracy and completeness.
