Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with small business owners and entrepreneurs to provide tailored financial solutions and support their growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with small business owners and entrepreneurs
- Provides exceptional customer service and support to meet the unique needs of our customers
- Contributes to the growth of our Specialty Finance loan portfolio by originating applications for SBA loans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of commercial credit, relationship banking, or other job-related experience
- Strong relationship management and business development/b2b sales skills
- Advanced knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and policy/procedure
- Demonstrated understanding of complex financial accounting and analysis
