This role requires the design and development of enterprise-wide training content promoting Citi's Enterprise Risk Management Framework and supporting risk and control policies.
The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in financial risks, including wholesale credit risk, retail credit risk, liquidity, and market risk, to harmonize training content across related risk and control topics.
This involves partnering with Risk & Controls Policy Owners and Learning Advisors to drive the annual ERMTP Training Needs Analysis (TNA), gap analysis, and training planning process.
A key requirement for this role is strong ERM, risk management, controls, audit, or compliance experience, with a working knowledge of risk and controls policies, standards, programs, and processes.
The Financial Risk Training Lead will establish and operationalize ERMTP standards, processes, and controls to ensure sustainability of the ERMTP, including monitoring training efficacy metrics and driving annual TNA review.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 15 years of financial industry-related experience, including 8-10 years' experience in ERM, risk management, controls, internal audit, or compliance.
