Program Details
The Ascend Pilot Academy is a 3-year commitment, requiring students to work as a pilot for Horizon Air once all training, certificate, and flight experience requirements are completed. Upon meeting eligibility criteria, you will have the opportunity to join Alaska Airlines as a First Officer through our Pilot Pathways program.
