Job Description
This position is responsible for the short-term planning and management of restaurant operations, including room service, bar, and catering. The goal is to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state, and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
- Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and catering to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage the human resources within the department, including hiring, training, empowering, coaching, and counseling, as well as performance and salary reviews, conflict resolution, and termination when necessary.
- Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the department's annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecasts, and objectives to meet/exceed management expectations.
- Implement and manage all company programs (company/franchise) to ensure compliance with SOPs, including safety and sanitary regulations, and federal, state, and local regulations to provide optimal levels of quality service and hospitality to guests.
