- Safeguarding our store's assets and preventing theft and shortage
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests
- Collaborating with our team to identify and address potential security risks
Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting sales by engaging guests and team members at the front of store
- Leading a physical security culture for our team members and guests
- Responding to and accurately documenting security incidents
- Conducting productive merchandise recoveries and providing apprehension support as needed
