Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individual training accounts for occupational skills training.
- Provide career/employment guidance through an understanding of labor market data, local job opportunities, and community resources.
- Assist individuals in enrolling and participating in on-the-job training opportunities, work experiences, customized training, Incumbent Worker programs, and/or transitional jobs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services or business-related field from an accredited college or university.
- Flexible in scheduling and ability to project a good image and friendly personality when greeting callers/visitors.
