Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide SLP therapy and related services to patients while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients. You'll develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct screenings and evaluations, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care, including screenings, evaluations, and treatment plans
* Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients
* Adhere to state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy
* Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients
* Build a strong SLP therapy program
* Enhance clinical expertise through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
* Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology
* Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate)
* Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
