About the Role:
- Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey with precision and passion.
- Measure patients/customers for their eyewear, maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services through continuous training and development.
- Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions.

Key Qualifications:
- 12 months of prior industry (optical) experience required.
- Prior experience in leadership or management roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
