We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our Legal team as Assistant General Counsel, Environmental, Social, and Governance Compliance. In this role, you will provide legal support for the sustainability team's work on environmental and social initiatives, including mandatory and voluntary reporting, disclosure strategy, and strategic environmental and social initiatives.
About the Role

You will work closely with our Sustainability team to ensure global alignment and monitor changes in the global regulatory environment, advising us on relevant developments and recommending strategies and necessary actions.
- You will participate as a member of a cross-functional team focused on aligning efforts to meet regulatory and reporting compliance, disclosure best practices, and a strategic approach to transparency.
- You will identify legal issues, provide analysis of legal risks, create and implement solutions structured to meet sustainability objectives flexibly and efficiently, while maximizing legal protections.
