Key Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently assist with managing the sales team and new hires.
- Provide training and set goals for sales team members.
- Maintain great communication with the Management Team regarding individual and department performance.
- Conduct morning and afternoon huddle meetings with an agenda designed to motivate, inform, and educate sales professionals and the management team on sales-related information.
Additional Duties
- Debrief sales professionals immediately after sales interactions, recognizing strengths and areas for improvement.
- Learn all roles and functions within the store and operations.
- Be willing to travel as required.
- Leverage data to drive informed decisions.
Requirements
- Able to multitask, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
