Job Responsibilities:
- Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction, and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
- Set the example for exceptional guest service, including resolving guest complaints.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean store environment.
Requirements:
- 3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
- Able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
