Job Summary
A dynamic and results-driven General Manager is sought to lead our studio team in the growing boutique fitness industry. This high-energy role involves interacting with members, prospective members, and staff to drive sales, growth, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of all studio functions from sales to instructors, including hiring, training, and managing Sales Associates.
- Strategic management of four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
- Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking efforts.
- Staff scheduling, inventory management, and enforcing Club Pilates policies and procedures.
- Hiring and managing instructors at the studio, as well as strategizing marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Requirements
- Confident personal sales skills and ability to train others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Solid writing and grammar skills, proficiency with computers, and Studio software.
