Job Summary:
This is a leadership role that oversees the performance of Arcadia’s state-of-the-art cold storage facilities, ensuring seamless operations and logistics while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse activities, costs, operations, and forecasts to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor operational performance and progress toward goals, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
- Lead by example, upholding company values of Integrity, Accountability, Transparency, Impact, Humility, and Community.
- Communicate company goals, vision, objectives, and direction to warehouse staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant Federal, State, and Local OSHA regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Management, combined with 5-8 years of experience in warehousing and/or logistics management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of general supervisory/management experience.
- Proven skills in planning, staffing, budgeting, and organizing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
