Job Description
The General Manager will be responsible for maximizing the potential of this unique facility to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales & service, profit margins, and expenses.
- Oversee the sales team, providing training, coaching, and motivation.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize costs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and address issues promptly.
- Manage employee performance and address disciplinary issues.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
- Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years as a General Manager at a franchise dealership with a track record of success.
- Certifications in automotive management or sales a plus.
Working Conditions:
