As Operations Director, you will be responsible for every aspect of fun center operations, including but not limited to element operations and maintenance (i.e., concessions inventory), scheduling and conducting training and safety meetings, introducing, implementing, and enforcing company policy, making accurate bank deposits, and maintaining facilities that are clean, safe, and in good repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including guest services, food and beverage, training, and overall business execution
- Oversee element operations and maintenance, including concessions inventory control and scheduling of staff
- Conduct training and safety meetings to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Implement and enforce company policy, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including bank deposits and petty cash transactions
- Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and in good repair, meeting health and safety regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role
