We are seeking a highly experienced Sterile and Biologics Manufacturing Lead to join our team at Jobleads-US. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of sterile and biologic manufacturing processes.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the production and quality control of biologics and sterile pharmaceutical products. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to design robust manufacturing systems, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and quality standards.
You will be responsible for implementing process improvements, new technologies, and innovations in the sterile and biopharmaceutical production lines. Additionally, you will ensure manufacturing processes meet all regulatory requirements and conduct risk assessments for sterile and biologic product manufacturing.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including cell culture, fermentation, purification, and packaging
- Familiarity with modern technologies such as single-use systems, automation, and continuous processing
- Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements and industry guidelines
