As Global Commodity Manager – OEM & Key Technology, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of assigned categories, supplier negotiations, budgeting, and maintaining a sustainable, cost-effective supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through negotiations and process improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring collaboration and performance excellence.
- Partner with Veralto and other operating companies to design and execute global procurement strategies.
- Identify procurement risks, opportunities, and market forces to avoid potential damage/exploit potential opportunities through tailored risk management and change management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of procurement/category management experience, preferably managing pumps, valves, gas/diode lasers, motors, optics.
- 5 years of experience leading global value sourcing projects.
- Experience working with Engineering, New Product Development, and Manufacturing teams in a product/project environment.
