Salary
In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have experience using formula ingredients to improve sunscreen efficacy using dispersions, film formation, delivery system, etc. testing methods including FDA 21CFR, ISO 24444, ISO 24443 and PFA.
- Interact closely with R&I to identify new areas of perceived superiority when it comes to efficacy & claims.
- Experience with cosmetic elegance, stability, and cost optimization.
