The Global Commercial Analytics organization is a high-performing team that provides actionable insights to business leadership through data-driven reporting and analysis. As the Head of Performance Analytics and Insights, you will be part of this team and contribute to its success by driving data-first, strategic reporting and insights initiatives across the commercial organization.
Key Objectives
- To provide actionable insights to business leadership through data-driven reporting and analysis.
- To build and lead a top-notch reporting and insights team to enable near real-time performance tracking and reporting at the enterprise level.
- To oversee commercial reporting efforts for sales and marketing teams, including reporting for global markets, product-level, customer-facing colleague, media, and analytics.
Requirements
- 15 years' experience with BA/BS or 13 years with MBA/MS.
- 10 years in a people management role preferred (or equivalent) with proven accountability, and demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Deep experience in data and analytics, and reporting in the pharma industry.
- Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills.
