Global Supply Chain Senior Director
We are seeking a dynamic leader passionate about shaping the future of global supply chains to join our team as a Global Supply Chain Senior Director at Lubrizol Advanced Materials (LZAM). In this pivotal role, you will craft and implement cutting-edge supply chain strategies that not only align with our business goals but also prioritize safety, people development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of all supply chain operations across LZAM, ensuring they efficiently support our division's objectives.
- Management of a global supply chain organization of 175 employees, ensuring customer service and cost-to-serve expectations are met across various LZAM businesses.
- Collaboration with the President of LZAM to align global supply chain strategies with the overall business strategies of LZAM.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a major in the areas of supply chain management, engineering, or another related field.
- Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience plus supervisory/managerial experience (supply chain, manufacturing and/or commercial experience).
- Advanced degree in supply chain or business management is preferred.
