- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various IT assets
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to problem solve
- Develop and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 4 years experience in user-facing IT operations environment as Help Desk technician
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, macOS operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools
Working Environment
- Work from home with occasional travel to client sites
- Collaborative team environment
