We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our Essentia Health–Graceville campus. Our clinic is located on the waterfront of East Toqua Lake and provides family practice healthcare to the Graceville community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of an experienced Primary Care team consisting of 1 family physician and 2 advanced practitioners
- Manage clinic patients averaging 12/day
- Participate in call rotation: Weekdays & weekends 1:4 (One weekend per month and one weekday per week) to include Inpatient/ED/Nursing Home Coverage
