**About the Job**
The Associate Director of Grants, Sponsored Research, and Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for supporting Stetson University's research mission by developing and implementing strategies for securing external funding. This position will work closely with faculty, staff, and institutional leadership to identify funding opportunities and develop partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies for securing external funding.

- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, private foundations, and other potential funders.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
- Up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local programs and guidelines.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
