- Partner with the Front End Manager to manage the department and staff, including financial stewardship, customer service, and merchandising.
- Promote a collaborative team environment through recognition, leading by example, and working alongside staff.
- Adhere to work and food safety policies set forth by the company and all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
**Requirements:**
- Previous customer service, food service, retail, or grocery experience preferred.
- Knowledge of retail Front End Department and/or prior Front-End management experience required.
- Entry to mid-level proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of POS, inventory, or other retail-specific software.
