Jobleads-US offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a General Manager. Located on the rim of the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve in West Virginia, our resort provides a range of activities including world-class whitewater rafting, ziplining, rock climbing, jet boating, and more.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our resort. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and guiding services for multiple sites. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Manage a team of professionals to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Collaborate with our finance team to manage budgets and optimize financial performance.

Requirements
