At Jobleads-US, we're seeking a highly skilled Hair and Beauty Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
About the Role
- Manage all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
- E nsure that all staff follows safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
- Maintain the store's appearance to ensure it always looks its best.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty
