Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with distributors and sales agencies through exceptional customer service and support.
- Deliver tailored sales training for representative agencies and distributors on both new and existing product offerings.
- Cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging sales reports to identify new opportunities or address potential gaps.
- Ensure both Agency and Territory Managers (TMs) achieve or exceed their sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of account management experience, a lighting background preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong ability to perform sales and market analysis.
- Ability to travel.
