Key Responsibilities:
• Represent TM with integrity, adhering to corporate policies and industry regulations.
• Ensure timely receipt and movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in coordination with logistics.
• Foster strong relationships with co-manufacturers, negotiating contracts and upholding TM's industry-leading quality standards.
Requirements:
• Strong technical skills to understand weights & measures, conversion factors, freight logistics, and process optimization.
• Experience in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies to drive competitive advantage.
• Strong communication skills to build strong relationships across departments.
