Job Overview
The Director of Enterprise Data Solutions will lead our data initiatives and oversee the development and implementation of data strategies, ensuring data integrity and leveraging data to drive business decisions. This strategic role combines technical expertise with business acumen to transform our data landscape from legacy systems to a modern, scalable architecture.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of AWS-based data lakes, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and can support large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Lead data transformation processes from MS SQL servers to the AWS data lake.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior data leadership role.
- Strong expertise in AWS services (S3, Glue, EMR, Athena, Lambda, Lakeformation) and MS SQL.
- Experience building AWS data lakes.
