About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Marketing in our company in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing category strategy and 3-Year category and brand roadmap, and articulating and executing the insight-led brand marketing plan. The role involves leading the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) for all categories, deriving insights from internal and external data, defining and driving 'jobs to be done', agreeing the Brand Marketing Plan, and overseeing the execution of the annual Brand Marketing Plan as defined in the IBP.
Main Responsibilities
Design category strategy and 3-Year category and brand roadmap. Articulate and execute the insight-led brand marketing plan. Lead the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) for all categories. Derive insights from internal and external data. Define and drive 'jobs to be done'. Agree the Brand Marketing Plan. Oversee the execution of the annual Brand Marketing Plan as defined in the IBP. Identify new business opportunities based on thorough analysis of marketplace, competition, and category performance. Keep ongoing communication with regional Brand Teams, share local trends and performance, and understand regional priorities that affect the local business.
